Trademark Classification

The Nice Classification established by the Nice Agreement (1957), is an international classification of goods and services applied for trademark registration. The Nice Classification consists of a list of classes, together with explanatory notes and an alphabetical list of products and other services, indicating the class to which each of the goods or services belong.

If you wish to register a trademark, it is advisable to hire the services of a professional who not only register the mark correctly but will offer a comprehensive service in which the very important brand monitoring is included for possible violations.
